Appointments

We will do everything we can to accomodate you and to get you in for an appointment as soon as possible. We have same day appointments available for emergencies.

If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call as soon as possible. Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.

Payment Policies

We accept cash and checks and have payment plans available. We also accept Medicare, Workers Compensation and No-Fault insurance. If your health insurance is not listed below please call our office to see if we accept the plan.

Insurance and Billing

We are participating providers with most insurance plans. Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure.
